That's what the discovery call is for. We'll listen to your situation and recommend the right engagement—or tell you honestly if we're not a fit. No pressure to choose anything in that call.

Strictly. Everything discussed in discovery calls, diagnostics, and retainers stays confidential. We don't share client information, strategic initiatives, or metrics without explicit written permission. This is a foundational principle of our work.

Take your time. After a discovery call, we'll send a short summary of what we discussed and what we'd recommend. You can take weeks or months to decide. We're patient and available when you're ready to move forward.

Discovery calls are remote by default (Zoom, Teams, etc.). If you prefer in-person and we're in the same region, we can work that out. Diagnostic and retainer engagements are hybrid—initial discovery calls and some intensive work on-site, with flexibility around remote execution.
